Delivered in Birmingham, Nottingham and Leicester our employability programs provide training, hands-on experience, and access to job opportunities in warehousing and logistics.


The programmes welcome people from all walks of life and abilities who are looking to improve their employment prospects by gaining the confidence, skills and experience they need to reach their goals and aspirations.

For employers struggling with recruitment challenges, our programmes offer the chance to easily access a local pool of potential employees who will be trained and ready to work. With no recruitment costs, businesses can gain experienced staff members to meet their customer needs.
