Sign up to FareShare Go
Our FareShare Go service currently works with Tesco, Asda and Waitrose to give charities, schools and community groups access to FREE surplus food.
The food offered to you is good quality, but it can no longer be sold by a retailer. This could be because it has damaged packaging or has a short shelf life. This doesn’t have an impact on the standard or safety of the food items available. It will always be within its use by date and good to eat. Food available often includes bread, pastries, eggs, fresh fruit and vegetables.
Once you’re ready to go, FareShare Go will match you with your local store which will send you a notification on your chosen donation day to collect. Then simply pop into store and pick up the food from a friendly member of staff.

Can my organisation receive food?
In order to receive food, your organisation needs to be equipped to receive, store, prepare and serve food safely. You will be visited by one of the FareShare Go team to make sure that you use the food in accordance with relevant safety and handling guidelines.
