Andy Parkinson has made the decision to step down as FareShare Midlands Head of Operations and Food at the end of June.
Since joining FareShare Midlands 5 years ago, Andy has been a valued member of our Senior Management Team, and a passionate advocate for the organisation. Andy has been instrumental in the development, growth and success of FareShare Midlands over recent years. We know this news will come as a shock to many.
Andy is approaching retirement and, unsurprisingly, wants to take a slightly different path. FareShare Midlands, its staff and volunteers are already experiencing great change, and Andy believes that now is the right time for him to take his leave. We support Andy in this decision completely, and can only thank him wholeheartedly for his service and support both to the CEO and the organisation.
To make Andy’s departure, and the introduction of his replacement, as seamless as possible, we will aim to commence recruitment for his replacement as soon as possible.
We wish Andy the very best for the future.
